Darren

Having been in the business since he was a lad Darren has come a long way. Now the owner of two shops under the Littlers’ name, Darren works extremely hard to source and butcher the best quality meat he can get his hands on.

Been with us for nearly five years now, Terry used to own a Butchers stall on Crewe market and so brings with him a wealth of experience to Littlers. Always happy to help, he’s our cheeky chappy expert.

It’s always nice to have some young fresh talent on board and our Scotty is certainly that. Cheeky chappy number 2 at Sandiway he has been in the business since he was 16 years old.

The Hartford team

Russ (left) has been part of the Littlers team longer than Darren has! He started when he was 16, working as a Saturday lad. He now works with Terry in managing the Hartford shop.
Terry – ran the original butchers shop in Hartford and now runs the new one!
And last but certainly not least, Pat. Always happy to help, Pat is the Hartford shop lady, serving you with a smile six days of the week.

He organises the catering side of things, making sure the eateries in the area get their fresh meat delivered nice and early in time for the day’s service.

Bryan

Bryan is our young talent. He came to work for us full time after completing a level 2 NVQ in professional cookery… So not only is he a skilful young butcher, but he is our potential future pie maker as well!

Stuart

Stuart

Stuart has been a butcher all his life and so plays a vital role at Littlers. Not only does he butcher a significant amount of a produce, but he oversees the stock control, which is an important part when you have a lot of beef to hang!
